GOAuntlet · Goa, India
India’s destination obstacle race. Six kilometres, eight obstacles, one weekend in Goa at the close of the monsoon.
GOA. SWEAT. CONQUER.
The race
Twelve cities run the same circuit and everyone goes home the same evening. RTG is built the other way round: one weekend, one place, and a reason to bring your gym, your team and your family. September is the end of Goa’s monsoon — cooler than any dry-season race, green instead of parched, and wet enough that the obstacles bite.
The course
Built to be read as well as run. Each zone has a job: break the field apart, test technical skill, and finish where the crowd is.
Zone 1 · 0–1.5 km
Goa Steps — quintuple, 15–25°
Tyre Flip — 80–180 kg, 6–10 flips
Zone 2 · 1.5–4 km
Monkey Bar Cross — 6–8 m
Rope Wall Climb — 10–12 ft
Under Net Crawl — 20–25 m
Horizontal Net — 6–8 m
Zone 3 · 4–6 km
Rope Climb and Bell — 12–15 ft
C-Wall — 10–14 ft
Every obstacle runs 3–4 lanes wide, with crash mats under everything elevated, a marshal on each lane, and a wet-grip protocol in force. First wave goes just after sunrise; everyone is off course by 11:30.

The Pro field
The Pro field is capped and you cannot buy your way into it. Four routes qualify. Everyone else races Open, and Open needs nothing but a signature.
A verified HYROX finish inside the published time band
A Devils Circuit competitive-wave finish
A half marathon under 2:00
A qualifying time at an RTG city benchmark
Full qualifying standards, including time bands by age and category, are published when registration opens.
RTG Kids
Kids race Saturday morning on their own scaled course, so parents can race Sunday and everyone watches everyone. September sits clear of every Indian board-exam window, which is exactly why all four age bands run in year one.

Questions
Both, deliberately. Six kilometres of running with eight obstacles — carries, climbs, crawls and traverses. Closer to obstacle racing than to a functional-fitness race on a warehouse floor, and set outdoors in Goa rather than in a hall.
No. Open has no qualification and no cut-off pressure. Every obstacle has a marshal, and the field ranges from first-timers in a relay to the capped Pro wave.
Possibly, and that is the point. September averages a quarter of July’s rainfall as the monsoon closes, and around 26°C — far kinder to race in than a dry-season date. Wet ropes and mud make the course harder, so the grip protocol and lane marshals are built around it.
That is half the reason for the weekend. Kids from six race Saturday morning, spectators get a festival pass for both days, and Stay & Race packages with partner hotels cover the trip.
In 2027, after the venue and partners are confirmed. The waitlist gets first access and early-bird pricing before anything is public.
RTG is a GOAuntlet property, built in Goa by a team that has run major events in India, including the FIFA U-17 World Cup. The operating entity is being confirmed.
